I
specialize in unique high impact photography. I strive to
instill spontaneity and freshness into every image I capture,
regardless of the assignment. I'm an artist
who happens to use the camera as my brush.
|
|
I
believe in a full collaboration between myself and my subject. The
best photos involve creative participation on both sides
of the lens (see 11 PhotoTips above). I have found that
trust and reputation lead to new business and creative opportunities,
and I will never capture or publish a picture that I would
not want taken of myself. I
am not a paparazzi.
|
|
I
like a challenge. Regardless of assignment, capturing
an image does not necessarily need to involve a lot of complicated
set-up -- just accurate interpretation of the environment,
a willing and patient subject, and implementation
of some common sense principles and technical "ancient
Chinese secrets." Its important to consider the photographic
rules that govern technically correct images -- F stops and
Apertures, etc., but the best are those that
push the limits to capture the moment -- angles,
shadows, spontaneity -- all are essential ingredients
for a truly unique image. |

Mission
Statement
I
have three career/life missions:
1) to be an essential part
of something extraordinary
2)to be surrounded by those individuals whom I love and
or respect
3)my secret, but you will know when it happens
|
|
There
is room in this world for every creative individual. I
believe in mutual
professional respect. Capturing the perfect image requires
being there at the exact place and time, andif its not
me, I hope that some other able individual is there to
capture the moment.
|
| There
is no time for negativity. Determination will enable you
to accomplish any objective. |
| I
stand by the quality and integrity of my workmanship, both
with the camera and my final product. |
